February 14, 2010 - Barcelona – Today sees the announcement of Xperia™ X10 mini and X10 mini pro, compact versions of Xperia™ X10, which will deliver powerful and application packed mobile phones into the industry. By introducing mobile phones that are both compact and clever, Sony Ericsson is challenging the norm and defining a brand new offering that combines high specification features with a version of Sony Ericsson’s powerful UX platform specifically designed for smaller devices.

Xperia™ X10 mini and X10 mini pro with slide out QWERTY keyboard offer an open and intuitive communication entertainment experience and build on the human curvature design philosophy debuted by the Sony Ericsson Xperia™ X10. Combining the Android platform with signature applications and a customisable UX platform, communication truly becomes entertainment with these new mobile phones. To enhance the experience, pick and choose from a multitude of applications at Android Market™ and co-create a mobile phone experience that is entirely unique. Users can go one step further and customise the home screen’s four corners and widgets to access the most needed applications for limitless possibilities.

The two sister mobile phones incorporate the signature application Sony Ericsson Timescape™ which brings all communication together in one place so users can see at a glance text messages, missed calls, and Facebook™ and Twitter updates, without having to open lots of different applications. The interactive music player also uses the “infinite button” to pull together all music content from the music store and YouTube™ – a smart way to search for new tracks from a favourite artist.

The X10 mini will be available in selected markets from Q2 in the colours Pearl White, Black, Pink, Lime, Red and Silver

FYI di counter SE roxy lt 3 yg retailernya TAM si x10 mini harganya 2.850 tp di toko sbelahnya (authorized reseller jg) harganya 3.050.. Bisa beda 200rb gtu padahal tokonya sebelah2an cm beda 2 pintu..

klo ane make widget yang namanya : "APN on/of" (Search di market, kecil kok). buat matiin sementara jalur datanya supaya gak bisa online..klo butuh baru dinyalain lagi

indikasinya : logo G/E/3G/H disamping sinyal bar ilang..dijamin gak bisa online..

iya agak lumayan manteng sinyalnya kalo 2g only, tapi tetep ada blind spotnya (dimana hp lain dapet full bar).., katanya krn UI 1.6 nya yg agak lambat responnya buat nyari sinyal lagi kl sinyalnya ilang...

mantap... kt sonernya bulan oktober nanti diupgrade jadi 2.1 gratis..., mudah2an jadi lebih bagus, selain bs main game facebook (walaupun layarnya kecil )

kira-kira layak gak yah nantinya update ke eclair..? soalnya gw baca2 katanya eclair lebih lemot dari pada donut.. sementara di eclair masih tetep blom bisa wifi tethering dan instal aplikasi ke external memory card..

btw, gw baca2 di esato udah banyak yang update firmwrenya ke 1.1.sekian2.. (sekarang yg gw pake versi 1.0.A.1.36)..apa di sini udah ada yg ngecek via SEUS..? soalnya gw instal SEUS di seven masih gagal mulu

oiya, untuk masalah sinyal, gw make indosat gak pernah ada masalah sih. make XL juga.
cuma ada keanehan yang gw alami yaitu dalam hal internetan khususnya di setingan APN nya.
jadi punya gw, klo pagi-siang gw bisa konek ke inet klo setingan username/password dikosongin. sementara sore-malem cuma bisa kalo setingan username/passwordnya diisi, kadang sebaliknya...aneh banget..

Samsung Galaxy S terpaksa dicoret karena gak ada dedicated camera button dan LED flash.

Tinggal Mini dan Mini Pro.

Suka banget sama back cover warna ijo yang ada di Mini, tapi pengen Mini Pro dengan back cover warna ijo.
Karena gak ada, pilihan terakhir cuma Mini Pro warna merah.

Mending Mini atau Mini Pro ya?

Klo saya sih mini aja. Karena bner2 compact ga pake slide dll.

Btw yg punya mini, baterenya cepet panas ga sih?

Dipake browsing2 bentar tempnya ud jd 32C, klo diutak atik lamaan bs sampe 36C-38C. Normal ga klo sampe sgitu tempnya? Gw liat temp pake Battery Droid.
