Sony Ericsson’s new C702 Cyber-shot™ and C902 Cyber-shot™ deliver best-in class picture quality beyond just megapixels.

Barcelona, Spain – 10th February 2008 – Sony Ericsson today announced two high-performance additions to its popular Cyber-shotTM phone range with the launch of the C702 Cyber-shot™ and C902 Cyber-shot™. The two phones, packed with the latest camera technology, make it effortless to take perfect pictures of those spontaneous moments – day or night, at a bar or the beach – and instantly share them with friends and family.

tp klo liat dr videonya yg dipost sama plankgaban di esato (diputer di mpegable x4 live), itu gue liat video bitrate-nya msh sekitar 300-400kbps, yg adalah standar hape SE, msh kalah dr vendor laen. tp gue kaget lho liat audio bitrate-nya, jaman k850 sampe terakhir pake z770 itu plgan 32kbps aja. c902 ini merekam sampe 94kbps untuk audionya doang. keren. soalnya vendor2 laen rekamannya itu palingan sampe 70an kbps, dan itu pun kualitas mic nya msh kalah sm SE (contohnya Samsung mic nya ga bgs, sember gt suara video yg terekam, tp kualitas gambarnya maknyus sih - hrsnya kerja sama ya tuh.. hihi).

gw juga kaget kok waktu pertama liat hasil VR nya TRO, di tpt low light bisa tetep tinggi gitu fps-nya..
padahal di hp2 SE sebelumnya kalo rekam video di tpt lowlight pasti ngedrop jauh banget kan fpsnya. ato mungkin si plank waktu bikin rekaman itu masih pake firmware yang awal kali ya..

Tadi gw nyoba rekam video dengan mengaktifkan Night Mode, ternyata memang frame rate-nya turun jadi di bawah 10 fps.

Bentar lagi gw upload videonya plus video lain yang gak pake Night Mode tapi dengan sound yang cukup kencang buat yang pada pengen tahu kualitas sound-nya.

Wah kok tenggelam nih.

Menurut informasi dari beberapa orang di esato, prototype C902 yang sempat di-review oleh Eldar di mobile-review itu memang memakai camera module dari Samsung.
Tapi pada produk finalnya, SE mengganti camera module nya dengan Sony.
Makanya hasil kamera yang di-review oleh Eldar sama hasil photo pada produk finalnya itu beda jauh karakteristiknya.

Di thread ini : Info Jenis Kamera yang Digunakan pada Handphone Sony Ericsson, informasi tentang modul kamera C902 udah di-update dan disebutkan bahwa jenisnya adalah Sony - MCB971. Second: Foxconn - 1200-0117_ALONA_R12. Video Decoder: NECEL - MP202

Demikian juga dengan C905 (8 MP Cyber-shot) : prototype nya memakai camera module Samsung (ini juga yang didapet sama Eldar di M-R), tapi pada final product nya nanti SE merencanakan untuk menggantinya dengan modul kamera dari Sony.

Beda banget karakteristiknya ? Tapi, secara sederhana, jadi lebih bagus apa lebih jelek ?

Kalo diliat2 kan digicam2 SONY emang gambarnya lebih tajam dan cerah dari merk lain tapi.... Noisenya juga termasuk tinggi....

bukannya jauh bgsan kamera2nya Olympus, Canon dan Nikon ya. ~_~

dan bukannya menyepelekan Sony. tp Samsung2 5mp lbh tajem lho kameranya dr SE2 5mp. ~_~

Jangan salah... kalo gak salah Canon juga pake sensor-nya SONY

Masing2 merk digicam emang punya kelebihan dan kekurangan masing2.

- SONY kameranya gambarnya tajam, juga reponnya cepat, tapi jelek di ISO tinggi (Banyak Noise)

- Canon punya noise yang rendah, tapi gambarnya gak setajam dan responnya gak secepat Sony.

- Olympus kabarnya gambarnya lumayan bagus, tapi responnya sangat lambat.

- Nikon gambarnya lebih bagus dan noisenya lebih rendah, dari Canon, tapi tetap nggak setajam dan secepat Sony

kalo untuk modul kamera di hp, imo sih sampai saat ini memang kamera Samsung lebih bagus dari SONY bro

bisa dilihat contohnya pada K800 (make Sony) vs K770/T650 (samsung), atau K850 vs G600, dsb.. detail yang make modul samsung itu masih lebih bagus dari sony. Samsung lebih halus detailnya, kalo sony cenderung berantakan tepiannya. selain itu, post processing di modul Sony juga biasanya lebih agresif dari Samsung (banyak detail yang dihilangkan ).

tapi kalo masalah di kamera digital ya gak tau juga sih, mungkin beda sama kasus di kamera hp
