Sony Ericsson’s new C702 Cyber-shot™ and C902 Cyber-shot™ deliver best-in class picture quality beyond just megapixels.

Lumayan bagus akurasinya. Yang jelas memang lokasi gw di sekitar situ, kalo si google maps gak tahu nama cafe-nya Cup n Cino ya gpp deh..

Tapi... ini hasil Location Info salah satu foto dalam ruangan di rumah gw... meleset jauh!

Masa rumah gw di tengah jalan gitu?
Yang bener tu rumah gw masih beberapa puluh meter lagi ke arah kiri atas dari lokasi yang ditunjukkan di map.

Dari semua seri br yg dah diulas, plg ga tertarik sm G700. plg tertarik sama yg ini!
tp harus nunggu dl beberapa lm lagi. gara2 komputer meledak sih. T__T

Catatan : foto-foto di atas masih dihasilkan dari firmware lama : R3BA035
Sekarang C902 gw udah di-update firmware nya jadi R3BH002. Belum bikin foto2 lagi dengan firmware baru.

Video recording : QVGA @30fps.
Udah gw coba, malam2 dalam ruangan juga masih bisa menghasilkan 28-29 fps kok. Cukup oke lah.

Barusan gw coba nge-shoot beberapa benda di luar rumah, terutama yang berwarna merah.
Beda banget sama waktu pake K850 -- waktu itu gw selalu dapet warna pink di view finder sehingga mesti nyari2 dulu settingan yang pas biar merahnya dapet.

Tapi waktu pake C902 -- dengan firmware R3BH002 -- di view finder gw langsung dapet warna merah! Jadi gak pake setting2an lagi, pake auto aja, udah dapet tuh warnanya. Pas gw cek di komputer juga warnanya emang pas.

Sekarang kita review C902 sebagai handphone secara (hampir) keseluruhan, terutama UI A200 nya.

Ternyata... meskipun sama2 ber-UI A200, C902 ini punya sedikit perbedaan dengan K850. Kita katakan saja A200 yang ada di K850/W910 adalah generasi pertama dan yang ada di C902 ini adalah generasi kedua...

Di menu paling awal aja udah beda.

Pada saat kita masuk ke menu utama dari standby screen, akan muncul di sebelah kiri bawah menu Option.
Isinya ada 2 :
- Main menu layout
- Theme

Main Menu Layout
Menu dapat diatur dalam 4 macam :
- Grid --> ini tampilan menu biasa berupa icon2 dalam grid 3x4
- Rotating --> icon2 yang ada di menu Grid dibuat seperti carousel tapi gak membulat ke atas karena beberapa icon dibuat ke belakang dengan agak buram warnanya
- Single icon --> sesuai dengan namanya icon2 menu hanya tampil 1 buah dalam setiap kali dengan ukuran icon raksasa. Untuk pindah menu geser aja d-pad ke atas atau ke bawah
- From theme --> ini tampilan menu sesuai theme yang sedang aktif, kalo flash theme ya flash, kalo bukan berarti sama dengan layout yang Frid

Theme
Yup, theme dapat dipilih langsung dari menu utama.
Flash theme bawaan C902 cuma 1 : Red Carpet. Sisanya theme biasa.

Catatan : Pilihan Main Menu Layout juga ada di Setting : Display.

Menu utama terdiri dari 12 icon yaitu :

Yang dibahas hanya yang ada perbedaan dengan A200 generasi pertama!

Entertainment
Yang baru di sini adalah :
- Location services --> terdiri dari Google Maps, My favorites, Status info, Logs dan Seting
---> tentu saja menggunakan layanan operator (GPRS) karena gak punya GPS built-in
- Games --> terdiri dari Photo Quest Fishing, Need for Speed dan Solitaire.
---> Need for Speed nya bisa pake accelerometer

Setting
- Display : seperti sudah di bahas diatas, ada menu baru yaitu Main Menu Layout
- Connectivity : ada menu baru berupa SIP Setting. SIP : Session Initation Protocol. Belum nyoba.

Media
Berbeda dengan A200 lain (juga UIQ3 terbaru seperti G900), di Media ada tambahan menu yaitu : Game dan Web feeds.
Yup, game bisa dimainkan melalu menu Media.
Need for Speed Pro Street bisa dimainkan dengan menggerakkan body handphone karena mendukung accelerometer.
Web feeds adalah sama dengan RSS feed pada handphone SE yang lain.

New!!!
UI C902 ini didukung transitions yang cukup menarik.
Misalnya di layar ada icon "3G", lalu sinya 3G menghilang. Si icon gak langsung hilang gitu aja tapi pelan2 turun ke bawah lalu menghilang. Gak pelan2 banget sih, kalo gak diperhatiin bener gak bakal ketahuan.
Yang lainnya kalo abis ngirim SMS kan ada notification delivered tuh. Nah, notifikasinya juga kalo kita teken oke gak langsung kabur gitu aja tanpa permisi tapi mengecil ke tengah (belakang) dan lalu menghilang. Lucu juga...

Secara keseluruhan, menu2 yang ada di C902 ini jauh lebih cepat dari K850.
Search Contacts juga cepet. Memang gak secepat A100 tapi udah jauh lebih cepat dari K850.
Pas kita nyari Contacts saat nulis SMS (buat recipeint nya) juga cepet, gak lemot kaya di K850 (sorry Sofia).

Bisa diposting foto face detectionnya? Mau tahu hasilnya gimana. Terus kalau misalkan foto lebih dari 1orang apakah cuma 1 orang tersebut atau semuanya?

Tentang Video Player
Video-video (baik MP4 maupun 3GP) dengan settingan rata2 ukuran QVGA dengan 25-30 fps dengan data rate 200-300an dapat diputar dengan lancar di Media Player. Antara audio dan gambar sinkron, gak ada lag.
Hanya saja kalau pertama kali mutar di posisi portrait kemudian kita putar handset agar posisinya jadi landscape (auto rotate), agak-agak ngelag dulu sekitar 2-3 detik dan gak sinkron, tapi setelah itu sinkron lagi.

bro. di mode video rec tetep gak bisa make makro ya..?

trus LED nya bisa untuk senter gak sih..? itu modelnya kalo mo motret nyala terus klo di ON ato kayak xenon gitu?

Itulah anehnya... di G900 aja bisa. Masa di C902 gak bisa sih?
2. Photo Flash
Di C902 -- juga G900 -- LED nya itu bertingkah seperti Xenon, maksudnya gak always ON tapi nyorot dulu object pada saat shutter kita tekan setengah, kemudian mati, dan pada saat shutter ditekan barulah dia menyala, flash!

Kalo sama Xenon sih yang jelas lebih powerful Xenon bro. Tapi memang lebih ternag dari LED biasa sih.
Cuma ada keuntungannya juga kalo moto yang jaraknya agak dekat gak terlalu berlimpah cahayanya jadi gak bikin object terlalu putih.

Menurut gw lebih gampang motret pake C902. Prosesnya lebih cepet.
Kayanya lebih gampang ngeblur yang K850 deh.
Asli lebih asik moto pake C902 daripada K850 bro.
Makronya bisa sampe sekitar 10cm, kalo lebih dekat lagi fokusnya gak mau jadi ijo.
