emang FP ini biang racun....

Gara gara iseng masuk kesini akhirnya gw kena racun, upgrade (read : GANTI ) M600 gw ke G700

Sempet agak kagok juga biasanya make jog wheel dari jaman P800 ampe ke M600, sekarang jog wheel ilang, trus back button dipindah ke depan

Baru beli tadi siang di Makassar, di counter SE harganya masih 3.275, gw check ke Okeshop sini harganya segitu juga.

Shortcuts dibawah layar itu awalnya sedikit membingungkan, gw terbiasa make UIQnya M600 yg bisa diganti langsung icons & fungsinya, tadi sempet mabok, mikirin koq ga bisa diganti yah disini ??

Malem ampe rumah baca baca manual baru nyadar shortcuts itu bisa disetel dan diatur dalem menu laen

(Settings --> Display ---> Standby Apps. Gantiin jadi business aja, shortcuts icons balik lagi jadi kayak versi M600, bisa diganti ganti juga fungsinya )

Anyways, gw baru megang beberapa jam, belon sempet review banyak, toh dibelakang juga udah ada review yg lengkap, komentar gw sebagai pemakai M600 sih ga terlalu susah banget belajar makenya lagi, sebagian besar udah sama, cuman ini ditambahin kamera aja, lol

Eh, untuk yg mo set telkomsel flash itu, masuk ke webpagenya telkomsel aja, ada file pdf yg bisa didownload untuk setting di handsets SE koq :

Liat di bagian paling bawah layar, ada link file pdf itu koq disono.

Gw tadi make petunjuk dari itu juga bisa langsung connect ke internet, gw cobanya dari Mobile Networking Wizardnya PC Suite SE.

Untuk yg baru make UIQ 3 ini, jangan lupa set menu connectionnya ke 3G dulu kalo mo dipake untuk telkomsel flash.

Kalo ga getu terpaksa jalannya pake GPRS = cape deh

Caranya :
Main menu --> Setting ---> Connectivity --> Mobile Networks.

Kalo udah masuk kesitu, pencet button *More*, pilih GMS/3G networks, trus pilih 3G only kalo mo dipake untuk flash, paling HP ini ngereset jaringan bentar untuk nyari ulang network 3G.

Kalo udah kelar pake 3G untuk flash, saran gw sih dibalikin lagi jadi GSM only aja, hemat umur batere, handset ga susah nyari sinyal 3G

Note to self :
Bulan September - Oktober jangan maen maen ke FP dulu, bisa kena racun X1 lagi ntar

G700i ini sama G900i cuma beda di Camera dan WiFi ya, yg lain sama kan ?

WiFi jarang kepake, lagi udah pake 'paket-internet', WiFi yg free jg banyak masalah, laporan dari temen yg pada make notebook dan gak free2 jg, soalnya kan tetap musti bayar makanan/minuman yg gak cukup Rp 5000 hehehe

Camera AF ok, tp kwalitas lebih penting, lagi pula di Hp dari jaman K750i yg cuma 2Mpx aja, paling pake yg VGA utk MMS dan e-mail2an, kalo 3Mpx Up....wah....berat cos internet Indo.....super lemot.... :P

Harga beda 1 jt, mmmm bisa dpt apa yah ?

yang business edition aja kalo gitu, kayaknya lebih murah ya karna tanpa kamera..

Cuma kalo buat MMS memang mesti minta settingan lagi.

Untuk Telkomsel Flash cukup kirim SMS isinya "Flash" dan kirim ke 3636.

Browsing bisa kok, karena G 700 tidak ada Wlan, maka GPRS yang berlaku.

browsing pakai GPRS memang tidak selancar dengan Wlan.

Cuman kalau MMS saja bisa kirim, berarti GPRSnya sudah jalan, dan juga bowsing pasti bisa.

Kalau tidak mau jalan juga, coba tambahin software Opera 4.1.

software ini cukup membantu kok. Cuman pas pertama kali buka tuh software, dia butuh instalasi yang GPRS yang harus aktif.

Saranku coba saja GPRS di midnight, entah kenapa GPRS bisa berjalan dengan lancar banget.

Setelah instalasi, yang mudah browsing segera bisa digunakan.

Oh yah pakai landscape mode saat browsing. nyaman.

Install langsung saja, password no required.

baik apn telkomsel or internet, yg masih mending apn flash, tapi tetap gak spt dulu

g lagi gak bisa coba Telkomsel, padahal masih ada sisa paket 28Mb-an, lumayan utk browsing2, email2 di Hp, dan Xplor dgn MegaData 250Mb , kemaren mau nutup telat, harusnya max tgl 14 tutup-nya, so semua mubasir karena cuma punya Hp 2G yg belum GPRS hahahaha

Tapi semalem nyoba connect ke telkomflash pake Nokia N73 no problem, sekali coba connect pake G700 bisa sih connect tapi nya ga mau browsing.
Curiga sih ada setting an yang salah, karna waktu setting G700 jadi modem ga pernah berhasil dengan cara normal, selalu pas mau click Finish muncul tulisan
" Your connection requieres a data account in the mobile phone, Currently all data accounts are being used in the mobile phone. You must delete a data account from the mobile phone in order to create a new connection."
Jadi ga bisa di make new connection.

Akhirnya gue setting using existing connection yang ada dari Nokia N73, baru bisa make new connection dengan G700 sebagai modemnya.

Trus 1 lagi nih kan gue migrasi dari nokia ke SE, sekarang bingung gimana cara nya memindahkan semua sms penting dari hp N73 ke G700 tanpa menghilangkan nomor asli sender nya huhuhuhuh... anybody?please help!

Utk SMS, kalo g sih kalo ada yg penting, mending di catet deh, kalo gak di save di WORD/Excel, khusus SMS2 penting, jadi enak, makannya Hp apapun yg g pake, SMS gak pernah lebih dari 20 SMS, ya semua tergantung kebiasaan, ada temen yg nyimpen SMS ribuan, phonebook ribuan, makannya kalo mau ganti Hp cerewet banget, sorry bukan gimana2 ya, tp apa kepake semua ?

<--- Pindah dari M600 ke G700, sesama UIQ 3, jadi belon tentu bisa diterapkan kalo pindah dari handset laen

Pengalaman gw pribadi yah :

1) Connect make flash
Semua data/account yg udah ada di handset selain T-Sel gw apus apusin, setelah itu baru bikin account baru untuk flash dengan cara seperti yg gw post diatas (2-3 posts diatas)
Worked for me, tapi sayangnya sinyal 3G di tempat gw pas nyoba itu masih sering ilang, jadinya terpaksa ngetest pake GPRS

2) Pindahin SMS :
Cara manual
Gw buka M600 dan G700 gw, taroh di meja semua.
Abis itu semua sms dari M600 gw pindahin-in ke SIM card (yg cuma bisa muat 25 messages only ), kelar itu yah pindahin SIM card ke G700, transfer lagi dari SIM ke handset.

Worked for me, tapi jadinya harus buang waktu 1 jam-an untuk kerjaan manual, hehehehe

PS :
Will kick myself kalo ternyata ada cara pindahin sms yg lebih gampang dan ga kepikir ama gw kemaren, lol

ada sih, tapi ga pasti berhasil

backup M600 ke PC suite, centang unified inbox doank

AFAIK,
Symbian UIQ 3 emang ga bisa support ke 3.5G kan ?

Solusinya :
Beli modem 3.5G sebiji lagi, dipake exclusive untuk inet, handset yah dipake untuk telp/messaging/foto/multimedia/documents2go /etc/etc aja

Lagian apa ga sayang handset kalo dipake untuk modem 3.5G ?

ram ama prosesornya brapa ya?
w950 stlh start up memory ram 20M an.cpu 208mHz. kalo lg online,memorynya tinggal 1M doang.ngehang deh.
