The new G700 and G900 phones are designed to give back time. They place personal organiser features and easy finger-touch control within familiar form factors.

Iya, perasaan gw emang UIQ3nya G700 ini lebih lelet daripada UIQnya M600,

Buka contact, new sms, dll, dll, perasaan emang lebih lama daripada M600.

Then again, bagusnya karena shortcuts di main screen itu sekarang ga cuman 5 doang, tapi bisa lebih banyak dengan pencet/pilih panah atas itu, jadi bisa diisi lebih banyak shortcuts untuk proggie yang sering kepake.

Btw, punya gw shortcuts main menunya gw robah menjadi business style (kalo ga salah inget), jadi shortcuts di main menu jadi mirip UIQ lama.

Untuk modding, check thread modding UIQ3 ama thread M600 aja, karena banyak moddingan / proggie yang bisa dipake di M600 dan G700, masih sama basis UIQnya, cuman versi G700 lebih baruan,

AFAIK, Modding A200 itu ga bisa dipake di UIQ, beda OS . CMIIW (Colek Me If I'm Wrong )

Lol, ini fitur paling keren G700 menurut gw. Well, fitur paling keren UIQ sih ya sebenernya.

Buat gw, G700 = affordable touchscreen smartphone.

Semua fungsi organizer/kantoran sederhana udah ada, bisa jadi basic multimedia player juga (gw pake Core Player untuk playing vids), ada kamera, touchscreennya keren.

Cobain install iphone lock deh (link bisa dicari di thread modding UIQ kalo ga salah).

Gw install itu, trus nunjukin ke temen gw yang make merek tetangga seri N.

Sliding phonelock pake jempol sambil nanya ke dia :

Kekurangannya di mata gw cuman 2 :
1. Ga pake QWERTY keypad (padahal qwerty kaya M600 itu nolong banget kalo dipake bareng ama stylus, terutama untuk tombol enter ama symbols non letter)
Then again, untuk yang sebelonnya udah terbiasa dengan keypad non QWERTY, mungkin pake keypad ini malah bisa lebih cepet ngetik smsnya, lol

2. Rada lemot dibandingin UIQ lama / M600.

Dengan harganya sekarang + bonus MMCnya, bener bener ga bakalan nyesel make handset ini, apalagi seri ini kan bakalan jadi seri UIQ terakhirnya SE, so bakalan jadi collector's edition, lol

Di gw sih getu, ada jeda yang berasa kalo misalnya buka contact dari shortcut di main menu, buka menu sms dll.

Yah ga tau ini emang kelemahan UIQ3nya G700 ato emang ada settingan di handset gw yang salah, lol.

Soalnya gw masih nyimpen M600 gw, kemaren pas G700 gw rusak itu kan gw balik make M600 lagi, jadi masih rada fresh di ingatan perbedaan cepet buka menu antara M600 ama G700.

Then again, gw ga tau ini emang kayak getu di semua handset ato ada yang salah di handset gw, lol

iya baru tau ternyata A200 itu beda OS ama UIQ, hehe...
Tadi udah install Swiss Manager Pro, buat otomatis nutup aplikasi2 setelah dibuka2.
Tapi memang G700 lelet kok, agak gemes juga tapi masih acceptable lah
Gua dah pernah coba rubah ke business style, tp masih lebih suka yang casual style

mengenai access g700 yg agak lemot, coba aja install app yang bisa deteksi penggunaan memory ram-nya (kaya di symbian)....

ato install app benchmarking...trus bandingin sama OS symbian...

kayanya m600 memang produk UIQ terbaik SE dah.....(access cepet/gak pake lemot+qwerty keyboard)...cuma sayang minus camera doang....

Biarpun pake booster, memang lebih cepet dikit dr sebelumnya tp tetep aja jauh lebih lambat dibanding E71 gua.

Yang baret bukan di LCD nya lho, tapi di anti-gores nya. Kalo disentuh pas goresannya sih normal2 aja.

Gw mau jual G900 gw trus beli G700 aja, worth it ga?

Kemaren pas touchscreen G900 gw ga jalan gw ngerasa banget repotnya karena G900 gak punya tombol option (di keypad paling atas kiri & kanan), jadi mandul banget kalo touchscreen lagi ga fungsi. Kalo di G700 kan ada..

Denger2 kamera hasil jepretannya bagusan G700 ya? bener ga?

En gw kok bete ya smenjak gw beli orang2 pada biasa2 aja tuh liat G900 gw, katanya desainnya biasa banget (gw punya yg maroon) katanya gak keliatan hp mahal, biasa2 aja...

G700 yg brown (bronze) cakep juga yak... =D

Bagusan mana siy G900 apa G700? (secara gw jarang juga nonkrong di hotspot en 24/7 pake gprs im3 dah cukup murah)

Anjred, warnanya bagusan G700 kemana2. Emank sih G900 berasa banget pudarnya, cuma gw pikir ini 2 hp kakak adek, gw pikir kamera hasilnya gak bakalan beda jauh2 amit. HUFFFF...

Dari perbandingan foto yagn dikasih Jenson, G900 warnanya lebih natural tapi kurang tajam dan kebiruan...
Kalo G700 warnanya lebih jelas dan detail, tp kurang natural yah.
Tp emang bagusan G700 sih

Sis Lia, kalo mau ganti karena ada masalah di touch screen sih mungkin worth it ya, apalagi sis ngak pake wifi-nya dan butuh softkey nya (emang G900 gak ada soft key ya? baru tau gua..)
Tapi soal model, IMHO dua2nya emang sama2 biasa2 aja, ngak fashionable jadi kalo mau ganti lebih baik bukan karena alasan modelnya, krn G700 gua juga dibilang biasa aja tuh ama temen2 gua, hehe..

Gua punya yang sandy brown, beda lho ama yang bronze.
Kalo brown itu coklat tua, kalo yang bronze yang agak keemasan gitu.
Yang brown mirip tiramisu,hehe...

Gw udah make SWP segala untuk matiin proggie background yang kurang perlu, tapi emang G700 ini (kayaknya) dari sononya emang lebih lemot dari M600.

Oh iya, nerusin dari tanggapan yang laen, kemaren gw beli G700 ini juga setelah baca beberapa review.

Well, gw ga butuh wifi, ga terlalu butuh camera di handset yg sekian megapixel getu, trus terutama karena reviewer bilang bahwa 2 soft buttons di kiri kanan bawah layar itu nolong banget.

Setelah dipake ternyata emang bener, sejauh ini ga nyesel milih G700 ketimbang G900

dari 2 fotonya si Jenson (g700&g900) bedanya emang jauh banget....

warnanya lebih natural g700.

cuma kok pixelnya lebih besar g900....

apa ada pengaruhnya dengan pixel yg beda (gw liat foto g900 lebih besar dari g700)

coba bandingin dengan pixel yang sama....
