The new G700 and G900 phones are designed to give back time. They place personal organiser features and easy finger-touch control within familiar form factors.

Barcelona, Spain – 10th February 2008 – Sony Ericsson today launched a new generation of phone: Touchscreen organisers with a broad appeal. The G700 and G900 phones are essential tools designed to organise the lives of all those with busy schedules to juggle, both at home and at work.

Calendar is King

G700 ini kekurangannya kira2 apa aja yah??? Oh ya kameranya bgsan mana ama G900 soalnya ada yg blg G900 kameranya ga gt bagus???

Beda di resolusi kamera dan wifi aja kali yah. Gw liat dimensinya sama persis gitu.
Oh iya, G700, ada tombol shortcut buat keylock nggak di sebelah tombol shutter kamera? Di G900 ada sih... cuma rada mubazir gara2 gw pake iphonelock.

ada yang sudah pakai? bagaimana kesan-kesannya? sayang hp ini tidak qwerty yah keyboardnya.. tapi kelebihan hp ini ada tombol navigatenya seperti hp2 pada umumnya yang tidak touchscreen yah? jadi pakainya bisa sesuka hati, full touchscreen mode bisa, full keypad mode juga bisa.. hehe.. betul gak?

setau gw ada juga. keypad G700 jauhhhhhhhhhhh lebih enak dari G900. sayang aja fiturnya beda2 tipis sama M600, jadi ga gw ambil. semoga nanti ada versi G900 dengan keypad yg lebih enak

Saya salah satu pengguna juga...enak sih keypadnya empuk (malah lebih empuk dibanding g900)...mau touch screen bisa..mau keypad mode bisa..dicombine juga bisa...jadi enak bgt....)

Memang warnanya kurang sreg sih..bagusan dark brown (prototypenya, ato ato malah dah ada yah?hehehe)....tapi overall ok nih hape...suaranya kenceng (bassnya lumayan berasa walau tidak seindah w980) tapi waktu dengerin suaranya via peakerphone..hmmmm..lumayan mantep..

Battery lifenya ..rocks!!! pemakaian normal standart yang biasa mungkin charge 2 hari sekali ato 1,5 hari...ini bisa ampe 2 1/2 hari-3 (tentunya settingan brightness nya normal aja ya...60-70% :-)

Kamera ..ehmmm..gak ada autofocus..n hasilnya yah....rada standart lah..jadi buat yang demen narsis (ambil gambar ndiri ato dimanapun berada pengennya diabadikan :-) ...gak nyaranin tipe ini...

Respon touchscreennya..ok lah..gak terlalu sensitive juga gak terlalu 'bebal' ..jadi nyaman....layarnya as usual (karena touchscreen) ketajaman gambarnya akan berbeda dengan non touchscreen...

gak ada memory external bawaan ..internal 160 mb....

Handal buat kamu yang demen catet2 apapun..bikin appointment, etc..jadi kayak semacem organizer....

Buat yang pernah fall in love ama m600 n agak2 kurang sreg ama tampilan P1 (plastic combine with metal + red backlight keypad)....you may try this type...

Overall (buat saya)....memuaskan.....

Punya gw menunya gw balikin jadi menu ala M600 / UIQ 3 yang lama, trus make icons iphone, jadiin iphone themes getu..

Then again, itu menu di standby yah, belon pernah nyoba ganti icons menu yang dalemnya..

Overall G700 = upgrade yang bagus dari M600 gw yang udah 2 taon lebih.

Sayangnya kemaren gw apes, touchscreen tewas mendadak tanpa sebab.

Udah gw bawa ke 2 SESC di kota gw, menurut tehnisi mereka emang harus ganti touchscreen.

Sialnya udah 3 minggu ini sparepart masih lom dateng juga dari Jkt....

Untung gw loyalist SE, kalo ga sih udah gw laporin ke Komnas HAM

Di G700 ini kalo ganti simcard musti set ulang waktunya ga ya,trus G700 ni sering ada gangguan ga???

nggak usah set ulang waktunya sob..selama ini belum ada gangguan yang berarti..tapi hal paling menganggu adalah pengen megang2 terus hp ini
