The new G700 and G900 phones are designed to give back time. They place personal organiser features and easy finger-touch control within familiar form factors.

Barcelona, Spain – 10th February 2008 – Sony Ericsson today launched a new generation of phone: Touchscreen organisers with a broad appeal. The G700 and G900 phones are essential tools designed to organise the lives of all those with busy schedules to juggle, both at home and at work.

Calendar is King

Access your calendar, reach family and friends and scribble and save your notes on your phone. Tadi iseng2 gw SMS ke empunya toko DuGem tentang G900, dan dia jawab akan masuk sekitar 2 mingguan lagi.

G700 bakal dijual dengan harga sekitar 3.4 juta -- tepatnya sih Rp 3.399.000.

Dugaanku mungkin pas keluar lebih baik jangan beli dulu. Rencanaku semula begitu.

Tapi kalau melihat pasaran kemarin, banyak barang kosong. Distributor sendiri juga banyak barang kosong. Harga HP pada naek semua. E90 yang semula dibandrol 7, 2 jeti naek menajdi 8,3 jeti.

Mungkin tunggu pasaran stabil baru beli.

^ Hmm...patut dipertimbangkan

Yang penasaran liat G900 bentuk dan besarnya seperti apa coba datengi booth SE di ICS, walaupun prototype n nggak bisa megang cuman bikin makin ngiler liatnya... :P

Setelah utak atik P1 punya temen, kayaknya gw mulai ragu beli G900... jujur aja gw gaptek and kagak ngarti fitur2 di UIQ. Apa batalin dulu aj kali yaaa, toh gw kagak perlu fitur office dll, cuma ngincer wifi doank. Mendingan nabung aj buat C905 kali yeee, ada wifinya juga, fitur juga lebih maknyus.

Betul sekali, merk lain punya hape ber-WiFi yang lebih murah, tapi... apakah merk lain itu bisa memberikan hal-hal berikut juga (sekaligus) :

- Touchscreen
- Ukuran kecil
- Enak digenggam (gak lebar)
- Keypad yang nyaman digunakan (kalo hapenya lebar mah udah pasti gak nyaman deh)
- Kamera 5 MP (ada sih merk lain berWiFi yang kameranya 5MP tapi kan mahal)

Kemaren ke Pameran Indonesia Cellular Show 2008 di JCC, langsung ke stand Sony Ericsson, rencana mau hands on G900.

Ternyata masih masih kategory coming soon dan gak bisa hands on, jadi kecewa nih.

Tapi tetap sabar menanti sampai masuk pasaran, tadi sempat baca di internet katanya udah ada acara peluncuran resmi G900 di indonesia tanggal 11 Juni kemaren.

semoga udah dapat dilihat di toko2 minggu depan.

Emank sih kalo wifi doank E51 ato i550 kayaknya lebih murah ketimbang G900, kemaren udah mempertimbangkan, tapi ntah kenapa kurang sreg aja liatnya. Kalo buat browsing kayaknya emank enakan touchscreen sih.

Soal merk sebelah berwifi yg kamera 5mp sih emank menggiurkan, tapi pada bilang batere boros, nggak dhe, ntar baru ol bentar tau2 udah low batt lage, belom lagi buat puter musik. Plus, pake 2 hp dari produsen berbeda = alamat pusing pas sms.

Btw udah launching yah? Duh, moga2 buruan dheee kluar, saia ud tak sabar, huhuhu..., eh padahal gak jadi mo beli yah? Haduh plin plan saia kumat, hahaha.

soal WIFI di HP mah, ya ga bisa lu harapkan buat browsing lama2. Baterenya terbatas. P1 kalo wifinya nyala terus juga online paling ga sampe 2 jam uda habis baterenya
