Oh, did we forget to mention the online wipe function, letting you protect your personal data, in case your handset has been stolen? This kind of functionality seems to be getting pretty popular right now. The good news is your important data like contacts, messages and even the places of your widgets will be kept on a secure server, so you'll be able to easily restore your stuff once you get your phone back.

So, what will the Motorola CLIQ actually look like, in terms of hardware? Seems like the manufacturer has taken care to include nowadays must-haves for a smartphone like Wi-Fi, 3G, 3.5mm jack and even a 5-megapixel autofocus camera, capable of capturing videos at 24 fps. The display will be 3.1-inch with 320x480 pixels resolution. Fortunately, the side-sliding CLIQ will also be distributed globally, going by the name of Motorola DEXT for carriers like Orange, Telefonica and America Movil. The phone should be available in time for the holidays! What’s even better, Moto’s CEO, Dr. Sanjay K. Jha, said they will be announcing a second phone a bit later in the year that will be available in time for the holiday season as well!

KAlo beneran $400 gw bakalan beli nih, worth banget

Kisaran harga USD 400 s/d 500. Walaupun akhirnya di jual dengan harga Rp 5 juta tapi masih termasuk murah dibandingkan handphone Android lainnya seperti contohnya HTC G1 dan HTC HERO sekitar Rp 8 s/d 9 jutaan pada saat pertama kali dipasaran.

Kalo Motorola CLIQ / DEXT keluar di Indonesia seharusnya bundling dengan operator karena memerlukan koneksi internet seperti GPRS, EDGE dan HSDPA 7.2 Mbps untuk Push Email dan online terus dengan jejaringan sosial.

kalo bundling operator kira2 sebulan 300rb dg free talk sekian menit dan akses data sekian mb selama 2 tahun. tapi handsetnya free gw mau tuh

Sepanjang sejarah telekomunikasi Indonesia tidak akan pernah ada yang namanya bundling seperti yang kamu sebutkan itu dan handphone gratis. Di Indonesia mudah sekali buat Kartu Identitas palsu. Nanti orang-orang buat beberapa kartu terus nge-plly bundling terus cuma ambil handphone gratisnya lalu kabur aja kagak bayar bulannya lalu nge-pply lagi untuk dapatkan handphone gratis dan seterusnya.

Sangat berbeda dengan LG GW620. Boleh saja LG GW620 mengatakan social networking tapi tidak online. Sama seperti Nokia N97 ada widget Facebook tapi tidak online; jadi maksudnya kamu harus klik icon Facebook walaupun tampil di menu utama dulu untuk bisa konek ke Facebook. Sedangkan Motorola CLIQ untuk Facebook dan semua jejaringan sosial yang terhubung dengan Motorola CLIQ akan update terus secara online. Jadi Motorola CLIQ tidak bisa dibandingkan dengan LG GW620.

Nggak juga tuch, Motorola CLIQ kagak lag banget.

Masih mendingan Motorola CLIQ dibandingkan Nokia N97 (gue lagi pakai) lag banget dan parah.

Nokia N97 punya gue kagak gue install banyak aplikasi, kalo mau masuk ke suatu program sering kali harus 3 kali tap icon-nya.
