Just so all of you know@ latest 2.5 builds being made...it was from a test rom which was not complete when released from HTC...so basically if things do not work, you are just stuck with it unless you flash the phone again, there are no real fixes for it yet as the manila is completely new and many of the old fixes do not work....just some insite on those wanting the latest and greatest....the latest stable build is from the rhodium 1.19 version.

I would suggest jerpalea's kitchen over gtrab's...the build numbers are the os versions, but they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer...supposedly 22XXX is supposed to be sony's build number which we are waiting on... all of the version's released are from different devices and are ported over to work with the X1, hense why there are soooo many variables to fix in each release...hope this explains alittle bit.
Ok now as far as cooking a rom....hmmm....jerpelea's kitchen does most of the work for you actually...its pretty easy, its just when things dont work right then the fun begins as to why dont they work,and what to replace in the kitchen to fix it....if anyone is interested in trying....I'd be more then happy to help....with one condition...lol...gotta post in english...lmao

As suggested from our Chef, use Jerpelea's instead of Gtrab's, maybe ur brain can do it

Gtrabs kitchen goes into many things not needed for an average run of the mill rom....to cook a basic rom...you can follow this tutorial [tautan dihapus] its a little easier to understand then gtrabs then go from there once you have made your first rom, then it is trial and error....if any questions arise I will do my best to help those who want to learn to do this.

Sebelum stockSPL, hrs flash stock ROM & stock Radio dlu ya, stockSPL terakhir..

Radio itu tugasnya mengontrol signal telp, GPS, Bluetooth & Wifi X1 kta.

Setiap Stock ROM yg direlease oleh SE uda termasuk Radio di dlmnya.

Dan Stock ROM itu kn byk macamnya, cthnya ada yg Generic UK, trus spt yg bro pake Taiwan, dll, setiap ROM baru yg direlease oleh SE kebykan jg disertakan radio versi baru, mknya muncul byk versi radio. Dan kta bs pake radio itu walaupn itu bkn Stock ROM utk wilayah kta.

setelah dua bulan make X1 dan baca dari thread pertama sampe skrg akhirna bisa juga upgrade ROM, thanks to Bro willy n bro Bonovolks berkat tutorialna...
akhirna setelah baca2 di xda-developers, saya menjatuhkan pilihan ke ROM nya smaberg Touch Infinity 1.2...:) alasanna simple si, krn WM6.5 n ud TF3D
o iya klo ga salah Bro Willy pernah posting cara ngrubah tampilan start menu di WM 6.5 dari 4 kolom k 3 kolom ya? itu di halaman brp ya?
