pagi tadi gue cabut batre bb, dan muncul pesen error "Reload Software: 552"

gue coba cek via web blackberry di

disana ada langkah2nya :

1. Verify that the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager and the current BlackBerry Device Software (for your BlackBerry smartphone) is installed on the computer.
2. Remove the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone. Do not re-insert the battery.
3. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on the computer.
4. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer using a USB cable.
5. On the BlackBerry Desktop Manager main screen, click Application Loader.
6. In the Update Software area of the Application Loader, click Start.
7. Click Options. This allows you to add or remove applications from the BlackBerry smartphone.
8. Select the applications that you want to install.
9. Click Next.
10. Click Next.
11.Click Finish.
12. When the application load process starts, insert the battery into the BlackBerry smartphone.

pertanyaan saya,
1. saya ga bisa connect ke desktop manager, karena masalah dengan BB atau PCnya atau memang saya ngga masukin batere ke BBnya, karena di poin ke 2 diatas, saya diminta untuk remove the battery.
2. saya ngga punya Blackberry Device software
3. saya download Device software yang ada di website.
4. kalo memang harus mengikuti langkah diatas, seharusnya tidak bisa ya? karena OS yang ada BB saya sama yang baru didownload beda versi
5. jadi ada solusi nya gimana ngga???

yg saya masalah nya sama.. udah coba connect ke DM dia minta password.. password nya apa ya ?? bingung .. perasaan ga pernah isi password buat BB...

Gw baru saja bisa bro, gara2 download Aplikasi dr AppWorld, waktu direstart jadi hang & muncul

" reload software : 552 " di BB 8900.

Silakan coba:

1. Masukkan batrey & connect BB ke PC

2. Buka DM & pilih Device connected (PIN) / klik None, Connection Type pilih USB.

3. Buka Application Loader, pilih Add / Remove Application, kosongin Password.

4. Delete aplikasi yg pernah didownload terbaru (katanya sih gara2 Memory)

5. Klik Next & Finish aja, tunggu sampai selesai.
