Hi natalie.

If your problem is not able to send SMS (Short Messaging Service), i think you better look up again at the Service Setting in your phone or you can call your Network Operator to ask the setting.

I already make it to default setting but nothing happened.
I didn't do anything to it suddenly I was not able to send and receive any text.

Je in Indonesia and I utilise IM3 network.
I already went to IM3 customer service and they could not do anything about je probleme.
