sorry gw newbie d sini, uda search tp keliatannya ga ada yg pernah tanya masalah ini
gw br beli bold dr sgp unlocked TIM italy, BBnya made in Hungary
di bold gw menu maps nya ga ada, itu awal dr gw pengen upgrade setelah tanya orang..egitu mau gw connect setelah gw intall Blackberry Device Manager 4.6 dari cd bawaan, ga mau connect..
gw uda coba segala cara termasuk reset ( copot bat, tgg 1 - 3 menit, re-attach bat, tgg 5 dtk baru power on ), gw coba dengan terkoneksi dgn inet maupun tanpa koneksi inet ttp ga bisa.. gimana ya guys?? apa ada yg salah dengan BB gw? btw ini christmas gift dr istri tercinta nih.. please help ya..

nb:
- cara tau total life timer bb bold gmn ya??
- ada file explorer ga?
- bb bold ga bisa terima file mp3 / video ya? yg gw coba sih 3 megaan, tp kl jpg bisa

1 coba uninstall DM nya dan install lagi
2.upgrade OS Bold nya...yg terbaru OS 4.6.0.216...pilihan OS yg stabil banyak 190 , 194 , 210.
3. explorer --> dari media - menu BB - explorer
4. buat transfer file mp3 / video pake desktop manager -- media manager

sorry bro.. gw uda coba uninstall trus restart kompi tp ttp ga bisa..
trus gw emang maunya update tp gmn caranya bro?? abis betul2 nubi bro.. gw betul2 baru 1st time pegang BB..

oya gw uda coba termasuk install tindih ( reinstall ) dm 4.6nya.. gw udda cabut batnya.. gw uda coba jg d vista n d xp sp2.. please help bro.. n keliatanya pre installed apps nya pun ya gw ga lengkap.. maps ga ada, ym ga ada.

n apakah emang ga bisa tansfer via blutut ya mp3 n vid nya.. krn gw sering minta2 d temen jd kan susah kl hrs bw laptop kiri kanan.. thanks

Command Line Tasks

• 1. Start a Command Prompt in DOS from the PC (Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt)

• 2. Change the directory to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

If you do not know how to navigate to this directory follow instructions in 2a)

2a)

From C:\ prompt type:

cd Program Files <hit enter>

cd Common Files <hit enter>

cd Research In Motion <hit enter>

cd AppLoader <hit enter>

• 3. Make sure Desktop Manager is not running

• 4. Connect BlackBerry to the PC

• 5. Enter the following command in the Command Prompt window:

loader.exe /nojvm

Installation

• 1. The Application Loader Wizard window will open

• 2. Click on Next

• 3. You will get a drop down list with the COM ports and one USB port entry

• 4. Select the one which says USB:UNKNOWN

If you do not see USB:UNKNOWN or USB:BBPIN, then follow instructions listed in a1-a5:

a1) Disconnect the device from the PC.

a2) Keep the Application Loader Wizard window open

a3) Remove the battery and put it back

a4) While the red led is on, reconnect the device to the PC. The led will only stay on for a few seconds

a5) When USB:UNKNOWN appears in the drop down list, you need to immediately select Next

• 5. The loader should now connect to your device and you will be able to reinstall the OS

belum sempat coba cara dr bro ilcapitano d atas.. tp gw ga sengaja ketemu update software via apploadsl dr web.. uda upgrade n sekarang uda connect... thanks banget bro... cuman yg gw pake ver. 169 default update buat TIM.. thankx anyway

sip bro. kalau ada masalah lagi pake cara diatas aja

itu dah.. tp emang mungkin gara2 antivirus jg.. soalnya sebelum ketemu itu gw sempet uninstall AV bawaan AspireOne McAffee

btw gmn cara kasi point ya?? buat orang yg dah nolong??
