Blackberry 9000 turns official and Bold

The heavily rumored new high-end Blackberry 9000 is finally out, not losing the numbers but adding a second name. Dubbed as Blackberry Bold, the new messaging smartphone strives to deliver much more than what is expected form a smartphone messenger - or at least what is expected form a Blackberry one anyways.

The new Blackberry Bold features a large TFT display with the same half-VGA resolution as the Apple iPhone's - 480 x 320 pixels. The Bold messenger packs in a new full QWERTY keyboard and runs on the latest Blackberry OS 4.6.

The Blackberry Bold makes use of a 624MHz processor and 1GB of on-board storage. It also has a microSD memory card slot with full support for 8GB microSDHC cards and a promise for 16GB support, one such large capacity cards become market available.

Identical to Blackberry 8830 in terms of size, the new Blackberry Bold is the allegedly the first Blackberry smartphone to feature tri-band HSDPA support besides the quad-band GSM/EDGE one. The Blackberry Bold is definitely is packed with goodies as it also flaunts an integrated GPS receiver and Wi-Fi.

A pair of stereo speakers, a 2 megapixel camera with LED flash, Bluetooth and a USB port all fill up the feature set.

Additionaly, as a customizing option, the future Blackberry 9000 users will also be able to buy replaceable leather-like backplates that come in a range of colors.

The BlackBerry Bold 9000 will be available around the world beginning this summer.

Untuk Battery td nyala dari jam 07 pagi, jam 19.00 Battery sudah habis bis bis. Tp pemakaian super duper heavy. Maklum baru punya BB. Chatting ga berhenti plus email terus menerus masuk. Sinyal berada di jaringan 3G.

Tp kalau dicompare dengan battery E71 kondisi jaringan 3G, chating serta email masuk terus, battery lebih kuat BB Bold.

Kalau dilihat dari serinya harusnya lebih keren Bold. Seri 9000 dibandingkan seri 8900. Hehehe. [tautan dihapus]

Javelin itu belum 3G dan HSDPA. Tp kameranya 3,2 MP. Processor lebih lambat dari Bold

Blackberry yg tipe lama 8707v juga dah 3G kk..

Bold 9000 adalah kelanjutan dari seri 88xx

Javelin dari 83xx

Kickstar dari 81xx

Yg paling populer saat ini adalah serie 83xx curve...

Hari ini Biasa dinyalakan jam 06.00 pagi, kondisi jaringan 2G only. Benar2 heavy user seperti kemarin, email, chatting, dan kotak katik, alhasil jam 11 pm battery habis. Kesimpulan jelas 2G lebih irit battery..
