Ever since the Apple iPhone was released it has been (rightfully) criticized for the lack of video recording capabilities. Or so it was until today as a third-party solution seems to be just around the corner.

The guy from Monster and Friends has just shown a working beta of an application that can actually create videos using the iPhone's camera. What is even more exiting than that is the fact that the videos are captured at 2 megapixel resolution. Yeah, you heard that right - 2 megapixel.

As of now however the framerate is quite low achieving the miserly 10 fps but this is no surprise as at this stage the application is more proof of concept than something really useful. The author however promises that even videos of 40-45 fps could actually be captured with next versions.

A bold promise by all means but we are yet to see if it can actually be fulfilled. As of now the application allows the iPhone to record a 5 second video and replay it right after it is captured. We are yet to see if the promise for a 15-30 fps video at unlimited length will also be kept with the final version.

1.Click on Sources

2.Click Edit

3.Click Add

4.Type: [tautan dihapus]

and then hit OK.

5.Click Done

6.Click Refresh and you will see Limited Edition iPhone in the Sources

7.Your done! Now go to install and browse all the new items.

NB: Liatnya di bagian instal di installer application di Iphone dan pilih "VIDEO" Lalu instal "VIDEO RECORD"...Thats it Baby...Muahhhhhh..........

Teman2 FP mau tanya nih,
saya sudah install lewat installer iPhone dan sudah terinstall videonya,
pada waktu buka aplikasinya langsung jalan hitungan detiknya trus sampe detik 49 lansung diam aja nggak bisa di apain lagi.
Kalo mau liat videonya terekam dari mana liatnya?
trus aplikasinya nggak bisa dikutak katik ya?
kalo mau liat memory internal yg sudah terpakai buat aplikasi dari mana ya?
Aplikasi video seperti ini apakah bisa dipakai oleh rekan2 yang lain?

drunkbass ( record video ) masih versi beta yg sekarang ini...jadi sementara kyk na cuma bisa ngerekam yg sekian detik itu terus langsung di playback..jadi ga di simpen di-mana2...mungkin di versi barunya nanti kali..

mau tanya lagi nih, kalo saya punya kok nggak bisa di playback atau ada cara playback nya?
trus yang sudah direkam pasti nggak tersimpan di memory?
Kalo untuk lihat memory internal yg sudah dipakai buat simpan aplikasi2 yg sudah di downloadnya dari mana ya?
Kalo mau susun menu2 di homescreen gimana caranya ya? (maksudnya aplikasi yg baru di download letaknya bisa di paling atas)

- emang gitu bos..jadi pas setelah kita ngerekam video apa yg kita rekam tadi langsung di playback otomatis...gak tersimapan di-mana2 dan ga ada cara buat palyback lagi...

- buat liat memory, install apps SysInfo

- buat susun menu di homescreen pake customize.
