Hi, I have a Modottel wte-300 hp with StarOne post-paid service.

It has very fast downloading and I enjoy that very much.

However, the big problem is with uploading. I cannot send any files, pictures or even long emails to anyone. If I try to send a file over 10 or 12 kilobytes, it will time out.

This never happened in May when I first began using Star One.

My friend also uses Star One with Modottel wte-300 and she has the same exact problem: very slow uploading.

Can anyone help? Does anyone have this problem?

Should I buy an external antenna? Even with 5 bars (good signal), I still cannot send files larger than 10 or 12 kilobytes.

I wonder if Star One is limiting the upstream (uploading bandwidth) to a very slow speed or amount.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best wishes,
Paul
